Step 4: Train the AI and set languages. Add business details in the Shop Knowledge tab so replies stay relevant, and add any additional languages under Language Management.

Good to Know About SwiftHare AI Chat
The plugin’s documentation notes that changes may not appear right away on sites using a caching plugin such as LiteSpeed, so clearing the site cache and refreshing the browser resolves most display delays.
It also notes that some ad blockers can hide the welcome tooltip, meaning visitors using one may need to whitelist the site to see it. Beyond this, using the AI features requires an account and API key with the chosen provider, whether Google, Anthropic, or OpenAI, since conversation data is sent to that provider’s service to generate responses.
