How to Install WhiteTip AI Chat
Step 1: Install the plugin. In the WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins > Add New Plugin, search for WhiteTip AI Chat, then click Install Now.
Step 2: Activate it. Once installed, click Activate to turn on the plugin from the Plugins menu.
Step 3: Open the settings menu. Navigate to the WhiteTip AI Chat menu item in the WordPress admin sidebar.
Step 4: Connect an AI provider. Choose OpenAI, Google Gemini, or Anthropic Claude, enter the corresponding API key, and click Test API Connection to confirm it works.
Step 5: Index site content. In the Context & RAG tab, click Sync / Index Context Now to let the assistant draw on WooCommerce products, posts, and pages.
Step 6: Style the widget. In the Styling & Widget tab, adjust the launcher and chat window appearance, then save the settings.

According to the plugin’s documentation, an API key from the chosen provider, OpenAI, Google AI Studio for Gemini, or Anthropic, is required, and direct links to obtain one are provided within the settings screen.
