Contentosapp Studio

Updated 3 min read

Contentosapp Studio is a content creation plugin for WordPress site owners who want article drafts that go beyond a single AI prompt.

Instead of producing one generic pass of text, it runs a topic through a sequence of specialized AI agents that research, structure, write, check, and prepare an article for publishing, leaving a human to review it before it goes live.

The plugin works by connecting to an AI provider you configure yourself: Google Gemini, OpenAI, or Anthropic Claude, each requiring your own API key from that provider.

Requests for research, writing, and image preparation are sent directly from your site to the provider you choose, and usage is billed by that provider rather than by the plugin. Finished drafts appear inside the WordPress editor, stored as production history in your WordPress database, ready for you to edit and publish.

Rather than auto-publishing, every article produced by the pipeline arrives as a draft, keeping a human review step before anything reaches readers.

Key Features of Contentosapp Studio

The Agent Pipeline

Seven specialized agents. An article passes through a Discoverer, Strategist, Researcher, Writer, Editorial Reviewer, Visual Designer, and Social Media agent, each handling one part of the process instead of a single generic prompt.

Research and sourcing. The Researcher agent grounds the draft in real pages and statistics, and when you supply your own reference links, the plugin reads their actual content and uses it as supporting material for the article.

Editorial review and diagnostics. The Editorial Reviewer checks structure and factual consistency and flags points to verify, while the publishing workflow records non-blocking notes on long paragraphs and repetitive keyword use without rewriting the text for you.

Visual and social output. The Visual Designer prepares image prompts, visual structure, and structured markup for search engines, while a separate agent turns the finished article into social media copy.

Bring Your Own Key

Unlimited with your own key. Connecting your own Google Gemini, OpenAI, or Anthropic Claude key lets you run productions with no per-article cap or local limit imposed by the plugin; any limits come from your provider account itself.

No license required. Bring Your Own Key mode works without activating any license, so the plugin can be used purely by supplying your own AI provider credentials.

Brand Voice and Article Types

Reusable brand voice. Tone, vocabulary, author persona, and examples can be saved once as Brand Voice settings, plus per-agent customization, and are then applied automatically across every production.

Multiple article formats. The plugin can produce pillar articles, satellite articles for supporting topics, comparison articles, news articles synthesized from sources, and updates to existing posts.

Topic suggestions. A Suggest Ideas tool offers editorial proposals with a keyword, angle, and reader profile, based on a limited public snapshot of your site and any subject you provide.

Publishing and Languages

Direct WordPress publishing. Articles are sent to a connected WordPress site over the REST API using Application Passwords, and you choose whether each one is delivered as a draft or published directly.

Multilingual content. The plugin is fully available in English, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese, with the selected language applied to the agent workflow and the resulting draft.

Step 3: Connect a destination site. Go to Contentosapp Studio > Settings > Sites and connect your WordPress site using an Application Password so finished articles can be published there.

Step 4: Start your first production. Go to Contentosapp Studio > New Production, enter a topic, and let the agent pipeline build a draft for you to review before publishing.

Good to Know About Contentosapp Studio

The developer notes that Contentosapp Studio can run entirely in Bring Your Own Key mode without a plugin license, with AI provider costs, quota, and availability controlled by the provider account the site owner configures. API keys entered into the plugin are stored encrypted in the WordPress database and are not exposed in page source, logs, or JSON responses.

According to the FAQ, local license checks do not cap Bring Your Own Key productions; any restriction comes from the external AI provider itself.

The documentation also notes that generated content, briefs, and prompts are sent to whichever AI provider or connected WordPress site is configured, and that reference URLs supplied by the site owner are fetched directly from the WordPress server to use as grounding material.
