Dashboard summary and setup wizard. A weekly summary compares chats and leads with the previous week and lists the top visitor questions, while a setup wizard walks through adding an AI key, scanning your site, choosing a color and going live.
How to Install Talkwyn AI Chatbot
Step 1: Install and activate. In the dashboard, go to Plugins > Add New Plugin, search for Talkwyn, then click Install Now and Activate.
Step 2: Connect an AI provider. The setup wizard opens automatically. On recent WordPress versions it uses the connection set under Settings > Connectors, or you can paste a free key from a supported provider and click Test.
Step 3: Scan your site. Click Scan my site so Talkwyn can read your pages, posts and products to build its knowledge base.
Step 4: Set the look and name. Choose a color, pick an assistant name and write a welcome message for the chat window.
Step 5: Review optional extras. Decide whether to enable the badge or the optional product news email, both of which are off by default.
Step 6: Go live. Turn the chat on and click Finish, then place it anywhere on your site with the talkwyn_chat shortcode or the Talkwyn Chat block.
