How to Install Zelvo

Step 2: Run the setup assistant. A setup assistant opens automatically after activation to guide the initial configuration.
Step 3: Connect a provider. Choose an artificial intelligence provider from the list offered and paste the access key obtained from that provider’s account.
Step 4: Select languages and scan. Set the site’s original language and the languages to translate into, then start the scan so Zelvo can go through the pages and store the translations.
Step 5: Review and adjust. Check the translated pages through their dedicated language addresses and correct any wording from the admin if needed.

According to the plugin’s documentation, Zelvo itself has no cost and no usage limits, though the connected artificial intelligence provider bills its own usage separately. Translated content is stored in the site’s own WordPress database, stays there if the plugin is deactivated, and reappears if it is reactivated.
The developer notes that whether content leaves Europe depends on the provider selected, since Infomaniak and Mistral AI operate within Europe while the other supported providers are based elsewhere. No site data is sent anywhere until a provider key is configured, and the plugin does not contact any server belonging to its developer to function.
