Voxfor Autopilot is a WordPress plugin built for site owners who want AI-assisted SEO handled entirely inside their own dashboard, without relying on external workflow tools or subscriptions. It covers the full content cycle, from keyword research and long-form article drafting to auditing and rewriting posts already on the site, while leaving final approval in the hands of the administrator.
The plugin works by sending prompts you configure to an AI provider of your choice, including OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, or Perplexity. You supply your own API key for whichever provider you pick, and each task, such as research, content creation, optimization, or review, can be routed to a different one.
Generated drafts, audit proposals, and keyword lists appear directly inside the WordPress dashboard, in the plugin’s own screens and post editor metabox, and nothing is sent anywhere unless you trigger an action or a schedule you set fires.

Key Features of Voxfor Autopilot
Content Creation & Research
Long-form article generation. Generate complete blog posts around a focus keyword and optional secondary keywords, with a chosen length, language, and tone. Posts come out as Gutenberg-compatible HTML with internal links, an author bio, external references, and structured FAQs, and can be published immediately, saved as a draft, or scheduled.
Keyword research. Expand a single seed keyword into a set of related phrases, questions, and long-tail variations using your configured AI provider. Keywords can be saved to a library, grouped into clusters, and tracked as used, pending, or paused for later content work.
Clean heading structure. Generated articles never include a duplicate H1 inside the body, so the post title remains the only H1 on the page. This keeps the on-page heading structure aligned with standard SEO practice without manual cleanup.
Auditing & Optimization
Content auditor. Scan any existing post for issues such as thin content, a missing focus keyword, weak meta title or description, over-optimized anchor text, or missing calls to action. Detected issues feed directly into proposed fixes rather than generic advice.
Staged editing modes. Choose how much of a post the AI is allowed to touch, from a safe refresh limited to meta tags and phrasing, through section-level rewrites, up to a full article rewrite that resolves every flagged issue. Existing shortcodes, blocks, calls to action, internal links, and factual claims are preserved before any edit is applied.
Per-post scheduling. A metabox on each post lets you set an optimization frequency, choose the editing mode, and define a confidence threshold below which proposals go to manual review instead of applying automatically. A human-edit policy can also skip optimization on posts you recently edited yourself.
Oversight & Cost Control
Manual review queue. Proposed changes that fall below the confidence threshold, or that you choose to inspect, wait in a queue where you can see them side by side with the original, approve and apply instantly, or reject with a reason. Queue status updates in real time so you always know what has been actioned.
Budget caps and kill switch. Every API call is logged with its provider, model, task, token count, and cost, rolled up against daily and monthly budget caps that stop further calls once reached. A one-click kill switch on the dashboard halts all outbound AI activity site-wide at any time.
Activity log. A searchable, filterable log records every action the plugin takes, with errors and warnings highlighted so problems are easy to spot. Entries can be bulk-deleted or cleared entirely to keep the log manageable.
Compatibility
SEO plugin integration. Voxfor Autopilot reads and writes focus keyword, meta title, and meta description directly in Rank Math or Yoast SEO when either is active. Without one installed, it stores the same data under its own post meta automatically, so optimization keeps working either way.
Multilingual output. Setting a target language in the plugin’s settings adjusts every AI prompt so generated and optimized content comes out in that language, without needing a separate translation plugin.
How to Install Voxfor Autopilot
Step 1: Install the plugin. In the WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins > Add New Plugin and search for Voxfor Autopilot. Click Install Now, then Activate.
Step 2: Add an API key. Go to Voxfor Autopilot > Settings and enter an API key for at least one supported AI provider.
Step 3: Assign tasks to providers. Open the Task Routing tab and assign a provider to each AI task, such as Research, Content, Optimization, and Review.
Step 4: Set budget caps. Under the Budget tab, set daily and monthly spending caps so API usage stops automatically once a limit is reached.
Step 5: Start creating or auditing. Use Create Content to generate a new post, or Auditor to review and optimize an existing one.
Good to Know About Voxfor Autopilot
According to the plugin’s FAQ, only one AI provider API key is required to use Voxfor Autopilot, though adding more lets each task route to a different provider. The documentation notes it works fully without Rank Math or Yoast SEO installed, storing SEO data under its own post meta instead.
Posts are only changed automatically if per-post scheduling is set to auto-apply; by default, proposals wait in the manual review queue for approval. If an API call fails, the plugin retries automatically and can fail over to a configured backup provider, except for review tasks, which are held rather than auto-applied.
API keys stay in the site’s own database and are never sent anywhere except the chosen provider. The developer notes the plugin requires the cURL extension and is not confirmed to work on multisite installations.
