SynaPost turns a WordPress site into a structured content pipeline, guiding articles from topic idea through research, writing, optimization, approval, and publishing. It suits business sites, blogs, publications, and agencies that need to publish consistently rather than produce the occasional post, and it keeps every step inside the WordPress dashboard instead of juggling separate tools.
The writing and planning work is handled by an AI model you connect yourself: OpenRouter’s free models, which need only a key and no credit card, or OpenAI, which requires its own API key.
A guided setup inside Business Setup walks through connecting OpenRouter in about a minute, showing which free models are available and recommending one. Generated drafts, SEO fields, and strategy plans appear directly in the WordPress admin, in screens such as the Topic Library, Editorial Calendar, and Approval Center.
Because SynaPost calls the provider directly with a key you supply, there is no credit system or usage cap built into the plugin itself; any cost or rate limit comes from the provider you choose.

Key Features of SynaPost
Plan
Business profile setup. A profile capturing the business, audience, and brand voice keeps every generated article consistent with how the site should sound.
AI strategy planner. Builds a content plan spanning 7, 30, 90, or 365 days, organized into topic clusters that match the categories already in use on the site.
Topic library and pipeline. Browse topic ideas, track items moving through the workflow, and review everything already published, with bulk topic import from CSV, TXT, or XLSX files.
Editorial calendar. Month and week views with drag-and-drop rescheduling make it easy to see and adjust what is due to publish.
Write and optimize
AI writer with format awareness. Generates structured drafts using OpenRouter’s free models or OpenAI, applying a structure suited to the chosen format such as how-to guides, comparisons, case studies, news, tutorials, or listicles, with a self-critique editing pass and a readability check.
Internal linking, tagging, and CTAs. New articles link to existing published content using real URLs, pick up a handful of relevant tags automatically, and can include a styled call-to-action box or shortcode, with optional mentions of the site’s own products or services where relevant.
Placeholder thumbnails. Every article gets a featured image chosen from several placeholder styles that can be matched to brand colors and previewed before saving.
SEO assistant. Fills in focus keyword, meta title, meta description, and an SEO score inside Yoast SEO, Rank Math, or All in One SEO, working alongside whichever of those plugins is already active.
Approve, publish, and manage
Approval workflow. Articles can be approved, edited, regenerated, or canceled from a phone through Telegram without logging into WordPress, or reviewed from an in-dashboard Approval Center, with a choice between auto-publishing and requiring approval.
Daily automation. A scheduled routine processes due topics from the queue automatically, cutting down on manual steps needed to keep publishing on track.
Dashboard and integrations overview. A guided setup checklist and a Today widget summarize progress, while an integrations page lists which providers, channels, and automation settings are currently connected.
How to Install SynaPost
Step 1: Install and activate. From the WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins > Add New Plugin, search for SynaPost, click Install Now, then Activate.
Step 2: Connect an AI provider. Go to SynaPost > Business Setup and follow the guided flow to connect a free OpenRouter key, or enter an OpenAI key instead under the AI provider settings.
Step 3: Complete the business profile. Fill in the remaining details about the business, audience, and brand voice so generated content stays consistent.
Step 4: Generate a plan and an article. Open SynaPost > Strategy Planner to create a content plan, then generate an article from an item in the Topic Library.
Step 5: Set up approvals. Optionally connect Telegram under Settings > Approvals for mobile approvals, or rely on the in-dashboard Approval Center instead.
Step 6: Turn on automation. Add topics manually or through the strategy plan, then let the daily automation process the queue, or click Run queue now from the dashboard.
Good to Know About SynaPost
According to the plugin’s FAQ, Telegram bots cannot initiate a conversation, so site owners must message their bot first before test notifications will arrive; a test message option under Settings > Approvals helps confirm the setup.
The developer notes that SynaPost does not meter usage or impose credit limits itself, since it calls the connected provider directly with the owner’s own API key, leaving cost and rate limits to that provider.
SynaPost writes into whichever SEO plugin, among Yoast SEO, Rank Math, or All in One SEO, is already active rather than replacing it. Uninstalling the plugin keeps existing topics and generated posts by default, with permanent deletion available only as an opt-in choice under Settings > Advanced.
