Lwakit Autoblog is built for site owners who want a steady stream of blog post drafts without writing every article themselves.
It generates drafts on a schedule for one or more sectors chosen by the site owner, such as technology, health, travel, food, or finance, cycling through them in rotation so coverage stays varied over time. Each draft is saved rather than published automatically, leaving a human review step before anything goes live.
The writing is handled by Anthropic’s Claude, which requires the site owner to supply their own Anthropic API key, entered as a constant in wp-config.php. Claude grounds articles in factual sources, either through its own web search with dated citations or through RSS feeds configured per sector, and a Sources section is appended to the end of each generated post.
Drafts appear in the normal WordPress post list, where they can be reviewed, edited, or regenerated before publishing, and the plugin’s own admin menu holds the sector list, schedule, and run logs.

Key Features of Lwakit Autoblog
Scheduled draft generation. Drafts are created automatically using WP-Cron on a schedule ranging from hourly to weekly, with adjustable run-time jitter so multiple sites on the same schedule don’t all contact the API at the same moment. A self-healing scheduler checks and repairs itself if the enabled setting and WP-Cron’s actual state ever fall out of sync.
Source-grounded articles. Each article draws on either Claude’s web search, which returns dated and cited sources, or on RSS feeds set per sector. A per-post grounding report shows exactly which URLs were cited, and a Sources section is added at the end of the published draft.
Topic and angle variety. The plugin rotates between angles such as news, common problems, and background information, and keeps track of the last 15 generated titles so Claude avoids repeating topics. A configurable lookback window adds further protection against duplicate subjects across runs.
Editorial polish before drafting. Before a draft is created, the content passes through an automatic proofreading step that checks grammar, spelling, punctuation, and article usage. Generated content is also filtered through WordPress’s post content sanitization before saving.
Featured images and SEO fields. Featured images can come from Openverse at no cost, from Pexels, or from a locally generated cover. When Yoast SEO, Rank Math, SEOPress, or All in One SEO is active, the plugin fills in their SEO fields automatically, and it also suggests internal links to the site’s own earlier posts.
Review, testing, and display tools. A manual test button and a log of the last 20 runs, alongside a pending-review view, help track what the plugin has generated. From the post edit screen, the title or featured image alone can be regenerated, and two shortcodes display a paginated post archive or a list of the latest posts.
